HolidayPhone understands the urgency of fast delivery. Your order is often shipped the same day, or at the latest early the following business day.

The only exception is if your departure date is in more than 20 days away, where delivery is held until about 20 days before your departure date, due to activation policies for the SIM Card.

Delivery to your home - or destination

If you are traveling very soon, we can deliver directly to your destination instead of shipping to your home address. We can deliver directly to your hotel or any other address at your destination. If it's a hotel, just enter the hotel address as the shipping address, and type Guest: Your Name in the "Contact Person" field.

All hotels are used to receive mail on behalf of their guests, so you will get your delivery when checking in at the front desk of your hotel.

Free shipping when ordering two or more SIM Cards

If you order two or more SIM Cards, standard shipping is free of charge!

Also, when ordering SIM Cards for several travelers on the trip, you can enjoy cheap (or free, depending on destination) calls between each other during the trip.

Standard or UPS Express Shipping

Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days within the USA and 2-4 business days within Europe. The cost of standard shipping is $6.99. Standard shipping can not be used if you also order hardware.

If your in a hurry to receive your products, you can order with UPS Express. UPS Express takes 2 business days within the USA and 1-2 days within Europe. To other destinations it takes 2-3 business days.

The shipping cost for UPS Express shipping is $22.90.

Shipping when ordering hardware

When ordering hardware (USB Dongle/Modem/MIFI-hotspot), UPS Express Shipping is always mandatory.
